Oceanica 812 is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with over 1500 sq. ft of living space. The unit is one level with elevator access. The Oceanica complex has 24/7 security, a large swimming pool, and BBQ area. Flamingo beach and the new Flamingo marina are both a 5 minute walk down the hill. There are stairs and railing to help you walk if you do not wish to drive. There are many great restaurants, a grocery store, and a pharmacy also within walking distance. The condo is conveniently 45 minutes from the Liberia airport. It's a perfect place to experience Pura Vida!

There is a well equipped kitchen. The spacious dining room has a table for 6, and a breakfast bar for 4. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2 additional bedrooms both have queen size beds. There are 3 balconies, 2 face the pacific ocean, and one faces the new Flamingo marina. There is an outdoor shower at the entrance of the building to wash up after a day at the beach.

Fun things to do near Flamingo are surfing, jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, ATV tours, and sunset boat tours. There are also many other beautiful beaches a short drive away for exploring! The wildlife in Costa Rica is unbeatable! You can observe birds of all types, different species of monkeys, sloths, and lizards.

Beautiful views from the balconies. Short walk to playa flamingo, restaurants, & grocery store - as others have mentioned there is a steep hill to be mindful of if anyone in your group has mobility issues. We spent all our time at the beach either swimming/boogie boarding at playa flamingo or surfing at tamarindo (about 30 min drive away). Vendors will rent you a canopy/tent with beach chairs and boogie boards for the day (25-45 for the tent) and you can buy food & drinks from them. Friendly host offered great local recommendations. Everything in the listing was exactly as pictured. Good water pressure in showers. Several outdoor showers to rinse the sand. Beautiful swimming pool as well. Pura vida!

Playa Flamingo Pura Vida

Great location and beautiful, large condo. Very clean. Everything as pictured. We would definitely come back. Property manager Brandon was the best I have ever dealt with. Very quick to respond at all times. One thing to note is that there is a lot of elevation change (steps and hill) if you walk. Driving for those that have difficulty with this is advisable.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here. Beds are comfortable, AC is abundant and effective and the Wi-Fi worked well. There are incredible views from the balconies, but please note that there is a hill with stairs to climb to get to the property. We rented both a golf cart and a car during our stay, and this made the hill easy to navigate, and gave us easy access to the beach and the plentiful eateries around town. The beach is right down the hill from the unit, and is the nicest we saw in the area - very soft sand, nice and long, and the water was very inviting. There are amazing sunsets here too. Playa Flamingo had a very laid back feel to it, and we always felt safe there. The property felt very secure, and there was a guard in the parking lot watching the cars. The host was super easy to communicate with and very helpful, and helped us arrange for rides to and from the airport with a guide that helped us book some activities too. We are very happy with our stay here, and hope to do so again someday.

Lovely Condo.

The condo was perfect for our family holiday. It is clean, well equipped and the location, perfect. The sunset is spectacular from the balcony! Brandon is wonderful, accommodating and so easy to get ahold of!
