Wonderful experience from start to finish

All communication from Cristina was very useful and fast responses were always given. At the check-in, Cristina spend a lot of time showing us around, she also provided a lot of useful local information, maps, recommendations, etc. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it is well furnished and equipped with everything you would ever need. Very clean throughout, we could not have asked for more. We have already booked our next trip.

Estancia sin comparación en Cádiz

No hay mejor sitio donde quedarse en Cádiz. La casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita (y más!) para pasar unos días agradables. Se nota que era la casa donde la dueña vivía porque tiene todos los detalles que facilitan una estancia agradable--es un verdadero hogar. La dueña nos recibió y la comunicación era muy fácil. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Hay tranquilidad total en el apartamento. Ya que está en el noveno piso, la vista desde los 2 balcones son fabulosas (hay prismáticos si uno quiere usarlos). Y es todo un lujo ducharse viendo la catedral! Cuando vuelva a Cádiz, me quedaré aquí otra vez, sin dudarlo. Una de mis mejores estancias en apartamentos alquilados en los últimos 10 años.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is of the highest quality and very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the home. The bedding and towels are good quality and there are two terraces with fantastic views over the port and over the city. The location is great for the old town but also 10 minutes at the most from the train and bus stations. Cristina was there to meet me at a time of my choosing. And Cádiz is fantastic so you have everything you could want.

Wonderful views

The views from Cristina’s apt are beautiful; the port view from one side and a view overlooking the Old Town on the other. With so many windows the light is amazing! The terrace is very large and so nice to have a space to sit in the sun and relax, even in March. There is a sun room which also serves as the dining area which is sunny and warm!The location is convenient to all sights. The area is quiet and so is the building. It was convenient to be able to drop off luggage before check in and then meet with Cristina for all the details.The apt is comfortable and furnished with all the necessities. Cristina was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.We certainly recommend Cristina’s lovely apt!

El apartamento penthouse de Cristina superó nuestras expectaciones. Había mucho espacio, todo muy cómodo y limpio, con vistas del puerto y del océano. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo en el casco viejo. La hospitalidad de Cristina fue superlativa. Terrific apartment in an authentic Spanish City

we loved our 3 week stay in this lovely penthouse apartment. The location cannot be beat. Close to the ferry and train station yet bordering the old town. The apartment is on the 9th floor with commanding views from two terraces. One one side, view of the industrial port and morning sunrises and from the other patio terrace, views of the old town, cathedral and rooftops all the way to the Atlantic and nightly sunsets . Simply stunning. You can walk anywhere in about 10 minutes.The apartment is very well appointed. You will find everything you need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Nice shower and bed.iChristina is wonderful and responsive as a host. We are already planning our next visit.Dave & Sheila, Seattle USA

Great place

Nice big patio overlooking the harbor, and a small deck for a view of the city. Plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good location too. Cadiz is pretty small. We took the city bus when we got tired and that works well. Cristina met us and spent a lot of time showing us the apartment and talking about the town.

Incredible apartment

The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is a large beautifully decorated apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly want. Cristina was great to deal with, communicating and check in . Could not ask for more.Location on the harbour was wonderful and the entire city is within walking distance

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this location for approximately 15 days! Its location is great for walking Cadiz. Restaurants were very close, actually everything was. Train & Bus stations were just a couple of minutes walk from place. Views were awesome! Would diffidently stay here again!

Excellent apartment

The apartment is exactly as described…beautiful, spectacular views, well located to train and sites. My tall husband particularly enjoyed the extra long bathtub after a day of walking. The large terrace was wonderful to view sunrises and the harbour action of a cruise ship or to just relax. Christine is an excellent host, meeting us on arrival and available to answer further questions if needed.

Breathtaking

The holiday begins as soon as you walk into this quite exceptional apartment and are warmly greeted by Cristina. Out front is a truly splendid patio, with views over the cruise liners and the sea. Wonderful central location

Christina is an amazing host. All the basics were provided that we needed. She instructed us on what to see and do ( we visited in the off season). Very comfortable, central within walking distance to everything, and as a bonus, two decks. One faces the Port of Cadiz and the other, the Atlantic. Thank you Christina!!

Great Location

The location could not be any better. Close to the train station, old town Cadiz, cafes, beaches, etc. The apartment is well equipped and extremely clean. Christina met us at the apartment to familiarize us to the neighborhood and apartment. Check in and Check out was a breeze. The views from the terraces are outstanding. We will definitely stay here again.

fantastic location

This apartment is lovely. The view into the port is fascinating. always something to watch. The view from the bathroom a stunning rooftop panoramic of the old town. Wonderful sunsets. The lounge is not only attractive but also comfortable. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom which did cause us a lot of sleepless nights. To sleep with the window open meant the noise of the city disturbed our sleep. It was such a shame as everything else lived up to our expectations. We spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the large sun terrace, the home comfortsand the wondefful location. Thank you Cristina.

One of our best holidays

It was our first time visiting Cadiz and it did not disappoint We loved this beautiful ancient city with its cobblestone streets The Old churches and ancient castle walls. It was full of character. The location of the Apartment was perfect for seeing the old town and getting to the magnificent sandy beaches. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Most importantly a comfortable bed which is a deal breaker for me. Cristina the owner could be contacted at any time if we needed help. We’ll definitely be back to this wonderful city and the apartment again. A holiday with wonderful memories. Danny & Frances

Fabulous Cadiz Apartment!

Cristina was waiting at the door when we arrived to show us around the apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed and even included a shopping trolley which was most useful when walking around the old town to the supermarkets. There are two balconies. The front one is huge, with stunning views of the port and gets the sun for most of the day. It has an awning which covers the table to create shade if required. The rear balcony is smaller but has wonderful views of the cathedral and old town. We would love to book again for next year!

A cozy nest overlooking Cadiz!

Cristina was so helpful and welcomingI Her apartment is bright and well-decorated in furniture and art. Perched above Cadiz with two terraces - the busy port on one side, and a gritty rooftop skyscape with the golden dome of the Cathedral on the other. Her compact, efficient kitchen leads to a lovely eating nook and the back terrace..The bedroom is big and comfortable (a double bed not queen), and the bathroom is great. Cristina offers lots of info about where to eat and what to see in the old city. Cadiz is a busy touristy city that still shuts down for the daily 3 hour siesta! Many shops are closed all Sunday. If you can't spend your tourist dollars, there are lots of pretty plazas and squiggly streets for getting lost (literally)!

The Perfect place to stay in Cadiz

Cristina made booking and our arrival at the apartment very easy. We were able to make contact via email and Whatsapp. Finding the apartment from the station was very easy along the main port road. The communal parts of the apartment block are very clean and feel very safe and secure. There are two lifts which are a little compact. The apartment itself was so comfortable we really enjoyed staying here we had all we needed, including. plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. The only points of note are there is no oven (although my husband still managed to cook me a couple of lovely meals) and you have to go through the bedroom to the bathroom/toilet.We loved the views although unfortunately when we stayed we had very strong views so could only eat out there once. The location was perfect for us and easy to find especially after a night out with Cadiz being a maze of streets. It is also very quiet ensuring a good nights sleep. I can't think there would be any where else we would want to stay if we return to Cadiz

A lovely home and a great host

The apartment was only 5-10 minutes walk from the railway station along the main road. Despite this we still managed to get lost due to poor map reading skills and Cristina very patiently waited for us outside the building. The flat is homely with very comfortable furniture and plenty of space for two. It is very well equipped and there is a microwave instead of an oven. There is air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom. The shower is perfect. The terrace is huge with lovely flowers and plants - a good place to sit and watch the coming and going of the cruise ships. Cristina was very helpful with all the local information and recommendations,and was quick to respond with any queries. An excellent host.
