At the center of the property, guests can enjoy a shared pool and garden area, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
The complex includes one two-bedroom home and two cozy one-bedroom homes, all thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay.
Ideal for families or groups traveling together, offering privacy within each home while sharing a beautiful outdoor space.
Located in a quiet residential area of Playa Chiquita, you’ll be close to beaches, restaurants, and local shops, with easy access to Puerto Viejo and nearby attractions.

For security purposes, online check-in is required prior to arrival. Guests may be asked to provide a valid ID and/or a selfie.
2. Respect for the Neighborhood
The property is located in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, and excessive noise or loud music is not permitted.
3. Parties and Events
Parties and events are not allowed.
4. Guest Limit
Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
5. Care of the Property
Please treat the home with care. Any damage or alterations will result in charges and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
6. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Additional conditions may apply.
7. Pool and Garden Use
Please use all outdoor areas respectfully. Fires are not permitted anywhere on the property.
