An unforgettable stay! The rooftop view of the pyramids was simply magical — I spent every morning there with coffee and every evening watching the sunset. The staff were exceptionally kind and helped organize an amazing camel ride tour. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I highly recommend Comfort Giza Inn for anyone visiting Egypt!

Didn’t get the room I paid for. We had booked two nights deluxe room with jacuzzi and pyramids view. When we went there to check in around 1pm They told us ur room is not ready yet but it will be in few hours, instead they gave us a room which was not cleaned no view no jacuzzi and no towels shampoo etc just to leave our luggage’s, after few hours I asked them again and they said at night after u come from the tour which I booked with them as well, when we went back around 10pm I asked for our room and they told us Not tonight but the tomorrow because of the jacuzzi being replaced with the new one etc lie lie lie They gave our room to someone else, Next day in late afternoon they gave us the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi wasn’t new but old not recently replaced so it was all lies I contacted Expedia and hotel refused to refund us any money, The hotel staff was very rude smelling bad like their rooms, and were not even telling to us We didn’t feel safe anymore there And had to book another hotel and left from there. Beside all of this they kept bothering me on WhatsApp days before trying to sell tours to convince u what to do Asking me when are u coming what time We will send u a taxi etc Just to make a as much money as they can from you,

Absolutely loved my stay at Giza Superior Palace! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — they even helped arrange a sunset camel tour by the pyramids. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the Sphinx. Breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of options. I had a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, allowing for quick access to the Pyramids and the rest of Giza. Also it’s only a short drive away from downtown Cairo. The facilities could use a little improvement—the toilet seat in my room was broken and would occasionally come unhinged, but it was functional. There were some exposed wires by my bedside table, some fallen LED strips loosely hanging under the desk, and some lighting features that just wouldn’t work. These were all minor things however that didn’t really impact my stay too much. I will say what makes the hotel exceptional are two things: the rooftop restaurant that over looks the Pyramids, and the over the top service from the staff. The view from the roof is spectacular and I spent a lot of time up there during my stay. It will definitely be remembered as one of the highlights of my trip. The staff always went out of their way to make sure I was having the best stay I could. Omar was fantastic and a huge part of why I had such a great trip. My first day he showed me around Giza and took me out for lunch. He was there whenever I needed assistance or wanted to book an activity. And when I had a last minute issue with an Expedia booking for a cruise on the Nile, Omar arranged for me to go on a different cruise just a couple hours before for no additional cost. I can’t thank him and the other staff enough for their service and help. Truly an unforgettable stay! Would recommend!
