Amazing place. Friendly. Organised and communicative throughout. The concierge organised tours. Reasonably priced and perfect. We’re able to point out visitor traps we all seem to fall into. She was Sara. Ask for her as she is freelance. Every department / restaurant was brilliant and staff who smiled throughout and gave their best. I will be back.

Lovely boutique hotel we had a suite that was very roomy and overlooking the Nile. Pool top level is very small and very crowded- we were a little disappointed as we were not able to get a pool bed at any point as it was always occupied. Restaurants were good but although staff were really trying to be helpful it was as if they were “junior” employees and not always sure what to do. Food was good not great. Service by front desk was excellent.

Simply the best 👌

Started out as a bit of a disaster as my luggage didn't arrive for almost 2 days but the staff sorted me out with pj's and other essentials to keep me going. The welcome at Kempinski was as always, warm and friendly. My room had a view out over my favourite river, the stunning Nile. I received fresh fruit and sweet treats as a welcome gift,👌. The room was spotless, with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The amazing staff took great pride in how clean they kept the rooms and always checked to see if you needed anything. Some of the lovely staff on my floor were, Mohammed, Karim and Ahmed just to mention a few. I had executive lounge access which was excellent and it was so lovely to see the wonderful Mahmood who keeps it all running smoothly. For me, from the red ladies team, all the way up to the staff at the rooftop pool, the staff are the best in the world. Making your stay the best it can be is what they do and they sure did .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For the price the hotel charged, I'd expect a lot better than other hotels. The cleaning staff didn't even put wash clothes in the bathroom, I had to ask for it. It's too noisy.
