Hotel was great, security not so much they didnt help me with my baggage or gift bags when they saw me coming. Overal hotel was great very modern great for families. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient. Located very well in Cairo Complex in the middle of Heliopolis. The reception was very helpful and friendly

we had a great experience. It was their first week to be open, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially Karim and Amir, they went above and beyond to make our stay great. We had an exceptional stay at Radisson Residences Cairo Heliopolis. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were generously upgraded to an amazing suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.. such a wonderful surprise that made our trip even more memorable. The property itself is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with a calm and luxurious feel throughout. The level of hospitality we experienced here was outstanding, and it’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority. We are so grateful for the incredible service and would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.
