Never ibis again!

Pre paid 2 rooms. Arrived by taxi and only had 1 room. Offered us to move to sister property but would not pay for taxi! Nothing at the sister company worked except a few lights, hot water and the workers were nice. Never ibis again!

I needed somewhere for an overnighter from Dover. Turned out to be a very convenient choice. Very neat, tidy and clean room. Nice bed and TV. Quiet and blackout curtains. Easy parking, what more could I ask for?

Handy for being close to the Shuttle

Room was clean and had a kettle etc. Bed was comfy, but the sheets felt very synthetic so sleeping in them got quite clammy. There was a friendly lady at check in, when it came to dinner at the restaurant the poor girl was on her own trying to do check ins, as well as take food/drinks orders, serve the food and clear tables. Food wasn't the best in the restaurant, but the breakfast was good

Been staying here many years and have seen it improve. Though all the staff have always been very friendly and helpfull. Will continue to stay in the future great location and very well priced. Comfortable beds tea n kettle in room and room service snacks. Bar and restaurant friendly and fair amount of choice when open. Extremely pet friendly. Can’t ask for more

Short overnight stay. Didn’t have dinner or breakfast so can’t comment but the facilities looked ok to be fair. Room was as expected, nice comfortable bed, good enough for an overnight stay. Bathroom facilities adequate and everything was acceptable.

Hotel was was fine really convenient for Tunnel and ferry. Clean and comfortable with plenty of parking . Only real downside was the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and we specifically filtered hotels with restaurants.
