Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Totally unprofessional approach.. We booked this hotel from hotels.com and it said that it is booked and the amount you need to pay at hotel when you check in...when we arrived at the hotel, the manager said you have not paid the advance booking amount and now we are out of rooms. They said that email is sent to you for the same but they have not sent any such email. Worst expirience..
