Three night stay in March 2025. Property was clean, room was clean, and everything seemed to be in good repair and maintained well. Pool and spa were both great. Overall the property and room were good! Continental breakfast was awesome. Not your regular muffins and cereal bar. Every morning there was a different menu, including hot and fresh eggs, sausage, waffles and much more! Lastly I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was super friendly, super helpful and fantastic to talk to! 10/10 would recommend this property.

This hotel is fine, but not even close to worth the price of $230 a night. It’s loud, unsupervised rowdy pool with kids screaming and splashing everyone (my kids were nervous to use), barking dogs, slamming in the hallway (you hear everything in the halls), no pillow replacements. It’s very meh. A good option if it was $100 a night. Not up to BW standards. Won’t be back.

The property is nice. Breakfast is included and has lots of options. We asked to move to a suite with separate bedrooms which was really nice. The only major complaint we have is that when we asked to move rooms we were not told that the room (and entire 2nd floor) is pet friendly…we all have allergies and had to go buy medication within a couple hours of entering the room. Once we paid attention, we found that there was dog hair all over the room. One of the beds had dark fur, the couch had light fur, the floor had tons too! Very disappointing, had we known it was a dog room we wouldn’t have moved.
