If you are looking for a place to stay with kids...this is a great option. #1 priority for them is the pool and water slides so it is a win in their mind. Things you as an adult may care about: -Because it is a family hotel, expect a lot more noise. Large groups of families often stay here and so kids were heard running room to room in the halls - the Pool area is amazing ...but because it attracts families it is also busy and loud. On busy dates (holidays and weekends) you have to book a 1 hour time slot for your family in the evening to use the pool (you cannot book this until check-in). - the pool opens at 8 and started to get busy at about 915...so if you are up, go early and beat the rush. - some pool staff minimized the chaos on the slides (1 kid at a time) while others didn't seem to care. - there is underground parking....BUT...if you have lots of luggage to bring to the room there is no elevator access....just stairs. You either have to go down 5 steps or up 20+ steps to access the elevator. Staff did not let us know about that at check in. -Rooms were comfortable and clean. No complaints there. - there is another pool in the basement. There is no slide, just a basic pool and hot tub. So a quieter less busy option. - there is a second hot tub in the main pool area. It is to the right of the slides and less busy and quieter. If you are going as a family....this is a great place mainly due to the affordability and great water park area.

The airport was 10 minutes from the air port. It was in a quiet part. Definatly need a car to get around. The shuttle to the airport runs from 5am to 11pm. The buffet breakfast is an additional cost, but delicious with varied options. It was casual and we never felt rushed to leave. The Saturday buffet of pasta and pizza was also delicious and varied options. The waterpark area was fun for the kids! Two slides, a pool and hot tub. A great way to start and end your day. Note on busy days you have to book a one hour time slot after 5pm.

Loved the buffet breakfast for families. Make note when parking underground, a standard small SUV (Rav-4) trunk will hit the ceiling. I have some fresh scratches I’m pretty dissapointed about. This would have easily been avoided if there was some signage or yellow paint or anything. Staff shrugged and pointed to a sign releasing any liability (no where near the actual low ceiling though). So be careful here. Also room had a banging door opening and closing outside of our room past 11 PM. Pool was a bit unclean, clumps of hair to walk around. Not a lot of staff cleaning the area. Water was pleasant, a bit cold but tolerable. Loved the water slides. Great for families, a few small issues but overall would come back and appreciated a fair price we paid. Staff were wonderful here.
