The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. This included the cleaning staff, front desk, pub servers and breakfast restaurant staff. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgary.

Great short stay again

Although the hotel is completely fine, the staff always make the stay great. Front desk, restaurant staff are fantastic - friendly, caring, knowledgeable and efficient.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was on Saturday night. They hosted a party in the conference center which, unfortunately, because I was on the 2nd floor made it very loud. So much my sleep was not that great. But the next day I did speak with a supervisor or a manager, and they did everything they could to make right And and what even offered me an upgraded room.. i would definitely stay there again.Just not on the second floor.

The variety of dining options was great for our stay. Buffet breakfast was excellent! The heated pool was nice and warm even on a cool evening. Beds were comfortable and staff were accomodating with an earlier check-in.

Nice Spot!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The keys were not working in the elevator and I had to change them out consistently which was a bit of a pain. The amenities are nice and the breakfast was hot and delicious.
