More so we didn't like. First room we had, smell and bugs on bed. She changed other room for us. Raining hard and water pouring in from the window, and floor, wall and bedding are filthy.

Dated room on the basement level, paid an outrageous $500 a night for a $80 a night room due to price gouging from Calgary Stampede week.

Overall the stay was good. The rugs in the room look very dirty. The pool and slide were closed and this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel and when I talked to the manager about this they were very defensive and customer service was none existent. Good customer service is a thing of the past.
