Very unsatisfactory stay. The toilet had hot water issues and the commode flush was not working properly. Every time we used the washroom, the floor became wet. The pool was always crowded. I stayed for 3 nights with my family and we did not like the place at all. The breakfast was very dry; I ate it only once and for the next two days we went outside for breakfast. The service was very slow.when I complained about the hot water issue, staff came after one hour, and the same delay happened when I asked for towels. The price is the same as other good hotels, but the service is much worse. Overall, not a good experience.

So much noise from the room above us. Like a herd of elephants non stop. We finally checked out at 2am because it was so unbearable. Room was way overpriced for what it was. No ceiling height in the water closet. Cleanliness was mediocre and the room wasn't ready when we arrived. I absolutely want a refund.

1. The heater at the room is not working. When we entered the room between 11pm and 12mn, the heater was not turned on. We hit the power button, but after a few seconds it automatically turned off. We waited a few minutes and turned it on again, but it shut down again. This time, we tried to call the front desk and told them what happened. Instead of helping us, he sounded like he was blaming it on us. He asked us what we did, because the previous occupants of the same room had no complaints whatsoever. He then instructed us to reset the heater by pulling the plug out and plugging it back in after a few seconds. Though disappointed, we followed his instructions. However, it did not work, so we called him again. And this time, he told us to go down to the lobby so he could lend us a portable heater. 2. The drain of the bathtub is not working well. On the night of December 31, I used the tub to wash my face and observed that the water was draining very slowly. The following day, when we used the shower, it was draining very slowly and the water was pooling.

The room was dirty, the curtains were caked and dust and whatever else, the walls are filthy, hair on the towels, sheets and in the shower. The cleaning stuff in the morning is extremely loud, slamming/ banging stuff around in the hallways and in the rooms beside. Hallway door slammed shut, nonstop day and night, (does not have a stop on it(Definitely not as I remembered staying before.

Was an excellent stay for the price. The staff were very accommodating during the booking in process. and the staff taking care of breakfast went above and beyond with trying to keep up with all the guests plus fix the broken pancake maker. Will stay here again

The tub drain didn't work very well, so I had 2 inches of water around my feet while showering. Also, food stopped being made at 9:15, so I didn't get breakfast this morning. Other than that it was great.
