My and my family stayed here for 2 nights. Ctrain is just across the road. My daughter had an open house at U of C which is so close, so it was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Our go to

This is our go to hotel when we come to Calgary. The location is ideal for us. It is close to the LRT and right across from the U of C. The hit breakfast is good with lots of choices. The pool is good for families. I like the underground parking (free).

I did not like how the front staff was. My boyfriend had booked and paid for my hotel through Expedia because I do not have a credit card. At check in the clerk had no interest in offering a resolution for me but the basically tell me that I am out of luck. This was for a medical appointment for my son at the children's hospital and the fact that the clerk has no interest in offering any options just shocks me.

Liked that underground parking was available. Did not have to go outside into a cold snow covered car. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, some went out of their way to open doors and have offered to carry packages. Cleaning staff were very friendly, and appreciated the fact that they were very helpful in supply issues. I would rate a 5 star on this visit.

Not alot of parking some vehicles where parked so it was impossible for a truck to park. -Beds are very comfortable one reason I stay at the Holiday Inn.

Although this was a nice hotel I wouldn't spend any extra money on the suite again. When I asked if we were in the room I booked I was told their suites are "open concept" Also the bath products are heavily scented in case is a concern for someone. The hotel was quiet clean and the breakfast was nice. The location provided easy access to Calgary downtown, the Zoo and Chinook Centre.
