So noisy

All room doors are closed rapidly and make loud noise to close. Whenever other rooms doors closed, it woke everyone up. My room is next to house keeper, they hit the wall so often and the staffs talk so loudly.

room was not clean as i found old chips under the bed. i could compare it to a motel if i had to. amenities were dirty, lobby has damaged furniture. you can hear the convention hall beneath the bed, coffee machine in the room was not operational.

The property could use updating. The TV didn’t work - the picture was fuzzy; the pool area is old and the floor of the hottub needs service…the pool ran out of pool towels and towels were requested but they never came. But the noise was the worse part of our stay…there was a party in the conference room and the music blasted for two hours…not promoting rest or sleep. We had kids in our room and for two hours solid we listened to the very loud booming music. We did complain but were told it would continue till 10 pm. And continue it did!

This was mostly fine, I was just there for one night. The room was simple, cozy and exactly what I expected. If you do not care about vibe, then it works perfect. The cleaning staff were extremely kind and polite. That said: One thing that immediately turned me off is that as I was paying for my room and deposit the machine prompted me for a 'tip'. I had just arrived, no service had happened, hadn't seen the room -- in fact I was kind of being half ignored at the desk as I believe an employee was being trained. At the same time, a couple of men came out from the back and started counting large stacks of 100 and 50 dollar bills right on the counter. It felt off and not welcoming, the restaurant looked like a converted conference room and was empty the entire time. The pool was out of order with no reason given when I asked. So again, it is perfectly fine for a night and for the value to sleep and relax. But do not bring your family or a partner expecting any kind of a hotel vibe.
