There should be note or something so that customers should know they need physical credit card even we have all the ids debit card but had to wait and had to bring our friend with his card and then only they allowed us to check in. If there is such policy it should be highlighted there were alot more customers were facing the same issue.

We really liked our stay. Would stay again. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Liked the pool hot tube and sana. Liked how many vending machines where available. we had a microwave in the room such a bonus. Some cosmetics slowed age. But this was no issues. Price was great, hotel was clean and staff was great.

I would add more water bottles in the room, as upon arrival it turned out that there are no water bottles at all, perhaps this is the only problem I faced I had nothing to drink, but the reception kindly gave me 4 bottles, not much of course but better than nothing.

Last minute booking and this location was very close to where I would need to be the next day, was a little nervous as the price was fantastic, was totally blown away with how nice the hotel was!

Showed up with 3 kids and my husband and was almost turned away because my debit /credit was not accepted for dd. Ive travelled all over north America and have never been denied a room using this card. I was providing them the same card I booked the room with. After fighting with them they finally allowed me to use it. Elevators are sketchy. Was set up poorly, the family suite did not have a seperate area for parents to sleep. The pull out sofa bed was not passable to sleep on. It was like hard springs. So my son had to sleep on top. It was stained and filthy looking. Floors were nasty. Blankets are just thin sheets. No blanket or pillows provided for the couch. Could hear planes flying over all night, i had people knocking on our door after midnight. Not once but twice! Once was the staff who had the wrong room. I dont reccommend. Will never stay here again.
