Staff was great to work with. We had a simple stay for a sporting event for our child. The pool was fun for the kids. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. No complaints, it was just simple but there was sausages and scrambled eggs for warm food.

I recently stayed at the Super 8 Calgary Shawnessy for two nights and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the biggest highlights was the staff—they are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. In terms of value for money, you can't beat this location. Having access to free parking was a huge plus, and the indoor pool and waterslide were a fantastic bonus that added a lot of fun to the trip. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay in Calgary. I’ll definitely be back!
