One of the room we booked has a cockroach under the pillow. When mentioned to staff, the only thing they said was sorry. No disinfecting or cleaning happened as we came to check in late(around 10pm). Breakfast:nothing much to choose from (other than muffin, toast, cereal and banana). The servers are filling the food with their bare hands, no use of gloves. It’s our first time to book with Super 8 and most likely the last.

Stayed at this hotel due to price, which was reasonable. I saw a few comments complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was fine - toast, cereal, muffins, and some fruit as well as coffee, tea, and juices - I don’t understand the whining. Wifi was pretty spotty and I had some issues working remote because of it. They also don’t promote the airport shuttle service. I had no idea and had already booked park and jet.
