The manager sagar Singh was horrible. First he accosted me to leave the room when I was packing after a later check out since I couldn’t sleep with smelly musky room and light coming through the blinds. Then he literally wanted to kick me out of the hotel into the streets saying I couldn’t stay longer than 20 minutes in the lobby but to hotel policy which I find bizarre. Despite me telling himmmy shuttle was arriving at 3pm he was very unsympathetic and I was totally stressed sitting there on the verge of being kicked out. He said I could go stay at McDonalds when I told him I had no place to go. I would never ever recommend staying at this place. It was horrible and traumatic. This person had no managerial skills and should NOT be a manager under any circumstances! His behaviour tantrum is very poor!

I had an "upgraded" room...not sure what that meant or what it would have been like if it wasn't upgraded. The beds and pillows left myself and family with very sore backs. The price for the room was the best part of this stay. I'd probably just pay more to stay somewhere else next time.
