Gorgeous, unique and, modern space w/ 4 bedrooms perfect for families and groups

We are a couple, David and Juanita, (USA and Colombia) and along with Juanita's brother Santiago, we began creating this space January 2019 with a vision in mind… to offer a comfortable, beautiful place where visitors from around the world can enjoy a unique Cali experience. The space itself offers a relaxing environment and has a distinct style with lots of color light, and fresh air.

The space

In the living room, there is a library, large dining table, and a comfortable couch. There is also a smaller table and seats along the corridor towards the kitchen, conveniently located near the coffee and tea bar. Guests can enjoy free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Next to the coffee bar is the kitchen that offers all the amenities guests need for preparing and cooking food. You will also find ingredients to prepare your own breakfast every morning (egg, oats, butter, bread, arepas).

There are four bedrooms in the apartment, each one equipped with a Smart TV where guests can connect to their favorite apps like Netflix or can connect their computers or phones directly to the TV. Each room also has a high-quality air conditioning unit.

The largest room in the apartment, that we call "A day in the Tropics" has a spacious bathroom, balcony with comfortable seats and table overlooking our beautiful, green garden in the front part of the building. There is a large open closet area and a mini-fridge for any food or drinks. The room has a desk and chair and a very comfortable, king-sized bed. The room can also be arranged with two or three single beds if guests would like separate sleeping arrangements. Please be sure to indicate if you would like separate sleeping arrangements, so we can organize that before your arrival. This extra single bed in the room can also serve as a sofa in case it's not being used to sleep in.

The second largest room in the apartment, which we call "Secret Garden" containsa spacious bathroom, desk, and king-sized bed. The room can also be arranged with two single beds if guests would like separate sleeping arrangements. Please be sure to indicate if you would like separate sleeping arrangements when making your reservation, so we can organize that before your arrival. There is ample open closet space to store your belongings as well.

The two smaller rooms in the apartment that we call "Starry night" and "Eternal sunshine" offer ample closet space for belongings. These two rooms have a great view of the city and receive the most amount of sunlight, but there are blackout curtains as well. There is also a spacious bathroom between these two rooms.

The building itself is owned by the family and is in one of the nicest areas in the city. We live nearby and are available to help with anything you need and also to provide recommendations about things to see and do in Cali and Colombia. We like to plan hikes to Las 3 cruces and guest are always welcome to come with us. That said, we respect guests' privacy.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment including the kitchen, balcony, coffee bar, all the rooms and bathrooms, and living room area and library. The building also has an outside space on the floor right outside of the space that is accessible for guests to use for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful outside garden area. You are also free to enjoy the garden in the front part of the house.

Other things to note
There is hot water and if you require parking, there is limited parking, so please let us know before you arrive so we can coordinate. Guests are generally able to park in the driveway right outside of our building, but it depends on the number of cars. Although our area is very safe, we do have 24/7 security that monitors our block for extra safety.
