Nice but not close to airport as expected

I booked this as I got from website I could walk there as we had a late flight arrival and early departure. It was not the case - for the 25 mins bus ride I had to take, I could have got much cheaper and similar options. Other than that - decent, typical, clean hotel.

Great location by the old airport which was a 15 minute shuttle bus away. The new one is being complete md soon & it will be walking distance from “New” International airport. The free airport shuttle was a great extra!

The stay was average. The bedsheet had a stain on it, but we checked in quite late and were exhausted so didn’t say anything. Aside from that, everything was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

Not worth the distance

This was honestly the most ridiculous stay of my life. The hotel is located an extremely inconvenient distance from the airport and the shuttle service is extremely inadequate. We were unable to find the shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel and then when it came time to travel from the hotel to the airport the shuttle was extremely late and took much longer than advertised. They were able however to fill an entire shuttle with employees while 20 guests stood by waiting to make it to the airport for their. flights. Airport hotels are supposed to be convenient and easy and this one is far far from it. The shuttle service needs to be more frequent if they plan to continue operating like this.

Hotel is nice, with good breakfast buffet. But it’s right across from the old airport, not the new one. So it’s a 20 minute (or more) shuttle ride and the shuttle runs about every 30 minutes. Not terrible but not what I thought I was booking. And then my room flooded due to water coming from the adjacent room. I was checking out so it didn’t really matter to me, but very glad I had already packed up.

Staff at this location are welcoming and friendly; security personnel are also friendly and professional. Bar staff are polite, and make for a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms quiet and clean. Restaurant Paprika serves very good food, and has an attentive staff. Very good place to stay arriving to Lima or departing Perú.

Next to closed old airport. False advertising as far from new active airport. Even Uber had a hard time finding,. 2 security checkpoints to drive through old airport to access. Basic poor room.

Very friendly staff. Very fast at check in. Had early breakfast. Clean rooms. Very quiet rooms. Not close to new airport, as the airport has been moved. There is a shuttle available from airport. You go outside. Go to the left under walkway is where the shuttle pick up is. Do not go out to area of taxi or Uber pick up. Shuttle pick up is just outside the doors to the right at airport.
