Private: property 1'450 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water, internal staircase, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Supermarket 3.7 km, restaurant 3.4 km, bus stop 2.1 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa" 4 km. Sports harbour 5 km, marina 5 km, golf course (9 hole) 10 km.
