The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and dishwasher for added convenience. A twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet. On the UPPER FLOOR, two bedrooms await guests: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. From the master bedroom, there is access to a beautiful solarium, ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning views. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for greater comfort.
ABROAD:
The pleasant outdoor plot has an 8x4 meter pool, equipped with an outdoor shower, Roman and metal stairs. Next to the pool, you will find a built-in barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. The parking lot on the same plot has capacity for 2 vehicles, and also has a space for playing petanque.
