Close to all commerce. Bakery 50 m, supermarket 200 m, city center 100 m, beaches 200 m. An ideal location also for those who do not have a vehicle. New apartment from 2012. Very well equipped. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

Brand new American kitchen with dishwasher ... 4-burner hob, oven / microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and ground coffee machine, etc. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture and dining table. An electric plancha at your disposal. A nice bathroom with a washing machine and a hair dryer.

Apparemment propre et fonctionnel. Terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la baie de Calvi et les montagnes. Grande place de parking. Tout est à proximité (plage, commerces, gare, port, centre ville) : 5min à pied. Propriétaire sympathique. Seul petit bémol sur certains meubles ou accessoires de cuisine qui auraient besoin d’être changés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente.

Très bien situé

Très bon accueil par Corinne qui nous a très bien conseillée pour notre séjour . Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Superbe vue sur la baie. L'hôte a été réactif à nos demandes. Un petit bémol sur la notion de haut standing : Mobilier marqué par le temps .

Idéalement situé en plein centre de Calvi, l'appartement est impeccable : propreté, équipements complets et de qualité, vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne, grande place de parking très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
