We welcome you in this studio with air conditioning of 30m² single-storey of 2 persons with possibility of an additional person paying (child-3 years free) which is located in a large garden of 6000m².

In the immediate vicinity of the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center/port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis...).

Composed of a large living room overlooking the private terrace equipped with deck, chairs and table, the studio features a large table with contemporary style chairs, TV/TNT large screen, a double bed in 160/200 cm and a seat/bed in 90/200 cm, a kitchenette equipped and separated, a bathroom with toilet, a large closet and storage.

Located in our large Mediterranean organic garden of 6000m². Relaxation spaces in the garden are provided (Weber barbecue, garden lounges, hammocks, deckchairs) in order to fully enjoy nature preserved within the charming seaside town of Calvi. A small garden of aromatic herbs is available (depending on the season).

Airport this Calvi at 7 km, Calvi railway station at 5 mn, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal at 20 km.

Ideal location

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Lots of lovely beaches and pretty mountain villages within a short drive. Studio spacious for 2 people with loads of communal outside space and good size private outside space. If visiting same area again would definitely stay here again.

Un logement bien situé dans Calvi

Le studio est adapté et bien équipé pour un couple. La terrasse privée est agréable au sein du jardin qui permet de se sentir à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville tout en profitant de la proximité de celle-ci. On peut faire ses courses, profiter du centre de Calvi, aller à la plage sans prendre la voiture. La région est magnifique. Notre coup de cœur : la pointe de la Revellata. Tout est prévu : linge, vaisselle, nécessaire de cuisine... même pour les loisirs. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et visiblement passionnés. Le seul petit bémol est pour la douche : un peu petite.

Accueil parfait de Patrick, avec de bons conseils pour les activités de Calvi. Studio conforme à l'annonce, climatisation efficace et appréciée, tout comme le très grand jardin arboré et le barbecue Weber au gaz très simple d'emploi. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Le bonheur, tout simplement!

Nous y sommes allés en couple avec notre enfant de deux ans, pour la première semaine de Juin. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le studio était propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter Calvi et ses alentours. Ce qui fait la magie du lieu, c'est avant tout l'immense jardin naturel, avec ses petits espaces de tranquillité arborés, son potager d'herbes aromatiques où l'on pouvait venir se servir librement, son barbecue, ses hamacs et ses terrains de jeu (ping-pong, badminton, boules…). Être à moins de 5min à pied de la plage, 10min du centre ville, avoir un Super U et une petite épicerie Bio pour les courses à proximité et pouvoir profiter d’un authentique cadre de nature est un vrai luxe lorsqu’on a un enfant en bas âge. Pour clore le tout, la rencontre de Patrick notre hôte, accueillant et chaleureux, amoureux de son île, passionné par son jardin et plein de bon conseils aussi bien en termes de visites, de plages que de spécialités Corses a fini pour nous ravir complètement. En quelques mots, la Casa Orsoni, c’est le bonheur en toute simplicité!

Stor valuta fir pengene

Vi er meget positivt overraskede. Boligen var endnu bedre, end den synede på fotos. Vi brugte eftermiddagene i den skønne have og nød den korte afstand til Calvi centrum - vi vil gerne komme tilbage, alt fungerede perfekt.
