Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer.

the property when we arrived gave the wow factor. the apartments were clean and bright and modern. the downside for us was desspite going when kids should be at school. it was packed with kids from school age. not hotels fault just bad timing for us.

Rooms where big and spacious and very clean with large balconies what I did not like was kitchen closed at 4 so was forced to eat out every night. Pool was a good size and warm and kids pool was good also although only one lifeguard to cover 2 pools not enough in my opinion. Hotel has a fantastic play park and is only a short walk from the square

There was a vibrating pulsing buzzing sound coming through the walls very early in the morning like a generator, I had someone come up and check but they didn’t know what it was. Also the entertainment and reps were really bad. The apartments were quite spacious and clean but the maids never changed the sheets, they just made the bed

Family orientated

We felt very comfortable at all times, shops are nearby, the area was very family friendly, even at night the square provided entertainment for all age groups. During the day we felt safe with the children swimming in the kids pool, there was so much activities available for them, with the football courts and the day play scheme, the children loved it.

Modern Apartment

Great stay, very modern. Apartments seemed very popular with families. We spent time travelling the island and visiting different beaches after hiring a car, probably would not stay in Santa Ponsa again for the simple reason of the location of the beaches that we likes, however we would stay at these particular apartments again and have looked into OLA apartments in other locations.

Didnt get to stay in the Bouganvilla..... so dissapointed holiday wasnt the same..... didnt even get into the pool.We were transferred to the Verdemar lovely clean hotel... but not the same.Hoping to go in sept if we can afford it.....

Regular clients. Because it's so friendly. Only thing I wish the back gate was coded or something. It's a long walk around the front. Plus bathroom windows should be frosted. But all in all I love this hotel. Clean friendly and everything else u would ask for. Staff so kind Carmen Anabel Jessica lifeguard entertaining staff always lovely. Love it 100%

Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in

On arrival hotel looked very smart , all clean and modern at front and in reception area , but don't be fooled room was very old fashioned and in a poor condition. Kitchen area was in a particularly poor state with chipped paintwork, rusty hinges , cracked surfaces, damp smelling units and very old pots and pans. Also fridge was so noisy it had to be switched off at night. Thank God I was only there 5 nights. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hidden gem

Stayed at this hotel for 7 night in a superior room which is a must .staff at reception were very helpful and friendly as were the bar staff, it is 5 min walk to the square which has everything you need .bars shops good selection of eating places .if you prefer live music the auld triangle is great with fab bar staff well worth a visit .

If you can afford little bit more don't stay here

Dont stay here if you can afford little bit extra . We stay in Ola Apartamentos for 7 days and our room was cleaned 1 time only.The rooms are absolute disaster with beds about 20 years old and air condition about 30 years old who you eathar freeze you or you have to cook yourself in the room , the hotel it looked to me like an Eastern European Hospital more then a hotel . Don't be amazed by the entrance its only for show the rooms are in very bad condition. Only good thing i can say about the place are the activities for the kids and the pool area

Had A Great Time, Would go Again :)

After reading some of the reviews I was a little anxious of staying here, however there was no need to worry! After arriving in the small hours of the morning, we were greeted by a friendly member of reception staff and promptly checked in. We had paid a small amount extra for a Superior Room, and I would highly advise doing so! It was a fantastic room, on the 6th floor. Super comfy bed, clean crisp and modern, and the shower / bathroom was awesome! Had everything you could want in the room, nice flat screen TV with BBC 1, 2 and ITV, kettle, toaster, microwave and some little toiletries. The hotel itself is OK, I think they are gradually updating everything, but as it is - it is what I would expect for a 3*. Given the superior room, I wouldn't of been disappointed if that had a 4* rating. The pool area was clean, and I was very surprised to find they still had day & night entertainment on, although that did finish on our last day as it wasn't really worth them doing it for the amount of people there. We didn't encounter one miserable member of staff, from the reception, the pool bar and even the cleaners were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again :)

Dont go if your looking for comfort

Staff were very good, helpful and friendly, rooms were in urgent need of refurbishment, I have stayed in better hostels, could be a very nice property but if only some time and effort was spent on the building itself, outside areas are very well maintained, shame about rooms
