I was welcomed into the hotel with a smile and well received, the hotel is clean and tidy with a nice standing in the area with direct access to the beach and the pool, there is many restaurants close by and transport runs from just outside. my only comment would be that there is only 1 small 4 person elevator for the entire hotel. during peak times the wait can be long. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, what more can you ask for

Excellent location on the best beach in the area. Lots of quality bars and restaurants beside the hotel. Its also close to main palma nova beach. Big roomd with good size balcony. Beach and sea are clean. Area feels safe at night. Nice pool area.

A place where you can return.

First time in Palma de Mallorca and first time at this hotel, and honestly, a wonderful experience. The room was super comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service impeccable. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The common areas were spacious, clean, and fresh. I booked a car through a company they suggested, and for a truly reasonable price, they didn't even ask for a credit card. I requested a taxi for 4:00 AM, and it was right on time. What can I say? I can't wait to return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. The food is very delicious we had half board so it was open buffet. The position of the hotel is opposite the beach and the view is amazing. 25 minutes from the airport by the shuttle. Restaurants and shops all around open all day. Diffently coming back again

Excellent location directly opposite the beach. Sea view room on the 3rd floor was spacious, great views, quiet despite being on a road, clean and very comfy beds. Bathroom was clean, large and good shower. Lovely breakfast each morning. Very friendly breakfast and day staff. Supermarket right next door. Loads of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Luggage storage and shower room can be booked - our flights wasn’t until the evening so this was a great plus. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a lovely holiday

Great and charming hotel

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and a clean hotel. We stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were spacious , clean and modern. The daily cleaning service was good with fresh water in your fridge each day. Fresh beach towels daily at no extra cost. The hotel is a small 4 star and that is part of its charm. There is a mixture of all ages in the hotel and overall very quiet at night with no rowdy partying. There was a shower room for late departure which allowed us to wait all day and check out when we pleased with no extra cost.

Hotel located just by the beach and within easy access to the local shops. There were numerous amounts of cafes and restaurants around the hotel and a very good bus service to take you to Palma. I took my elderly Mother with me and she really enjoyed it, apart from her bath had no handles on it, so she was unable to use it properly. They had a good bar on the site, but no snacks were offered and no mats for your drinks, so your glass dripped on you!! I would recommend this hotel.
