Perfect holiday

Beautiful tranquil location, magnificent swimming pool, spacious house equipped with everything we needed. Lovely weather, we spent all week outdoors, thankful for the canopy over the outside space. No facilities in the village except for 2 lovely ristoranti, both within walking distance if you can manage the uphill climb back home. But the mosquitos were vicious despite all our repellents and plug-ins.

Wir waren mit 18 Personen im Haus von Claudio und sind mehr als zufrieden! Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns Bianca herzlich empfangen und alles bestens erklärt. Das Haus war sogar noch schöner, als wir es erwartet hatten – sehr großzügig, gepflegt und mit Klimaanlage in fast allen Zimmern. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich sofort wohlzufühlen.Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight – groß, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. In Nocchi erreicht man in nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zwei sehr gute Restaurants, was super praktisch war.Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Claudio und Bianca für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer schönen Stadt

Nocchi ist eine schöne kleine Stadt, in der es kaum Touristen gibt.Das Haus mit Pool passt perfekt für eine größere Gruppe von Freunden. Probleme im Haus wurden schnell durch die Vermieter beseitigt.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit 14 Personen vom Enkel bis zur Oma in dem sehr schönen Haus in Nocchi. Für uns alle war, aufgrund der Hitze, der Pool ein Segen! Natürlich für die Kinder auch zum spielen.Wir haben Ausflüge ans Meer, in die appuanischen Alpen, nach Lucca, Pisa und Cararra gemacht. Auch Florenz und chinque Terre sind gut zu erreichen. Das Einzige was etwas nervig war, waren die Mücken... Wir haben ansonsten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!! PS:Ein paar scharfe Messer haben gefehlt!

Prima huis met mooi zwembad

Ruim huis voor ons gezelschap van 8. Bergweggetje naar het huis is smal en steil. Zwembad is goed. Douche bij zwembad snel gefixed door behulpzame en vriendelijke host. Ligging voor uitstapjes naar Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Forte dei Marmi, Carrara is prima.

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit toller großer Poolanlage

Das Ferienhaus liegt schön an einem Berghang und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und das Dorf Nocchi. In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich die nächste Wohneinheit, d.h die Terrassen liegen fast nebeneinander, was wir aber nicht als störend empfanden. Das Haus ist im landestypischen Stil eingerichtet und hat eine neu eingebaute Küche, in der das Wesentliche vorhanden ist. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafraum. Wir waren in wirklich heißen Sommertagen da und in den oberen Schlafräumen wurde es schon sehr warm. Herr Carrai hat uns aber sofort weitere Ventilatoren gebracht, sodass es erträglicher wurde. Die Poolanlage wird von verschiedenen Parteien genutzt, was aber völlig unproblematisch war. Sie ist mit neuen Sonnendächern ausgestattet worden und es stehen viele bequeme Liegen bereit. Insgesamt hat der Pool unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in dem Häuschen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön 2 Familen mit je 2 Kindern

Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit je 2 kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung und es hat alles super gepasst. Waschmaschine war vor Ort. Sehr schön war der saubere Pool mit ca. 150cm tiefe. Und ausreichenden Liegen. (Der Pool wird mit mehren Frienwohnungen geteilt)

Wonderful views and birdsong, peaceful and quiet. Nice rooms and terrace. The narrow windong road up to the house is a bit tricky, especially when dark. Overall a nice house and pool.

Allgemein wunderschön, für gute Autofahrer geeignet, liegt im Berg👌

Schön im Berg gelegenes Domizil. Gepflegter Poolbereich und im Haus alles Notwendige, wie Kaffeemaschine und Toaster vorhanden. Kleinigkeiten fehlten, wie Mülleimer im Bad. Geschirr war nach letzter Saison verunreinigt. Konnte aber durch vorhandene Spülmaschine schnell behoben werden. Ist zu empfehlen 😃
