Well, Iâll start by saying this home was absolutely beautiful and huge. The beds were durable, two nice kitchen spaces, amazing view of the lake, two washers and dryers were very convenient and the games provided were right on time for a fun night in.However, we expected the property to be a bit more put together than what we saw. There is no way a property this beautiful should have toilets that resemble a gas station. There was no iron or ironing board, no mop, no broom, the carpets in the bedrooms were in need of a good steam cleaning, the door handle on one of the closet doors was broken, one of the shower handles was broken and could have easily caused an injury. The patio door didnât lock which would have been a great concern for safety reasons if we werenât on the 4th floor. Old tissue rolls were found at the bottom of the bathroom sinks, used/dirty throws and pillows were thrown in the closets, water spots on the walls. Either the maintenance personnel did a very rush job 30 mins before we arrived or the property owners simply donât believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness.I do appreciate that when the hot water did not work on one side of the property, the response was quick and the water heater was replaced with no issues, however, this property will speak more for itself in a positive light if there is more intent put into practice to make this property feel like a second home instead of a night in a run down motel.
