It is surrounded by vineyards, garrigue (characteristic of the area) and pine trees. The property is just 27 km from the beautiful village of St Guilhem le Désert, and also very close to the Gorges du Gardon. Mediterranean beaches are just 30 km away, at Cap d'Agde and Marseillan. The owner of this family house, which was once part of a wine estate, has lovingly renovated the building and transformed it into a bright, spacious and luxurious holiday home. It is tastefully and traditionally decorated with lots of stone and wood. Moreover, it offers breathtaking views of nature, especially from the large roof terrace. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool, or a good book in the shade of the large covered terrace.
