Great location in Campbell

Our stay in Campbell was wonderful. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants while enjoying the neighborhood feel of the location. We loved having the kitchen so that we could also cook when we tired of restaurant food. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the twin beds in the smaller bedroom seemed to be a little shorter than standard twins. As noted in other reviews, the ac is very loud, but we had cool weather so we did not use it.

Nice, but some issues

The first thing we noticed when we arrived and turned on the A/C, was that it was so loud we almost had to shout to hear each other. We also couldn't find the ironing board, which we needed. We contacted Carlos; he couldn't do anything about the A/C, but he did have someone drop off an Ironing Board for us. And he ordered a new one that came the following day. It seems like the place is new, because the kitchen was not very well equipped. There were a couple of frying pans and another pot. There was one large mixing bowl, but no smaller ones. But the apartment was nicely decorated, the little porch was a great place to have coffee in the morning because it faced East, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Clean home

This VRBO was spotless and in a good location. Felt safe and had everything we needed. Cons were issues with getting key and correct code for check in but suspect this was a one time thing. A/c was quite loud so made it hard to hear tv at times but didn’t bother us in bedrooms

Good with some caveats

Overall property was clean and as advertised and would recommend with a couple minor complaints. Noise - the central AC is VERY loud, like the sound of a jet engine. Not a problem if you close bedroom doors, but disruptive in the central living spaces. Condiments - no salt - some pepper, tons of creamers from a restaurant, but no salt? EV charger - though advertised as havig a charger, it was completely non-operational during our entire 4 day stay and looked to have not been in some time (spider webs, layer of dust, etc). Manager was communicative and available.
