Rester. Se dĂ©tendre. Respirer. Et tombez amoureux de notre maison en bord de mer de style cĂŽte ouest Ă  Campbell River, en Colombie-Britannique. Profitez de la grande et belle maison sur l'eau avec un beau lever de soleil le matin pendant que vous regardez les pygargues Ă  tĂȘte blanche voler au-dessus de vous. Assurez-vous ensuite de regarder l'ocĂ©an pour les phoques, les otaries, les dauphins et parfois les orques! La soirĂ©e peut ĂȘtre passĂ©e Ă  se dĂ©tendre dans le bain Ă  remous, Ă  cuisiner sur le barbecue ou Ă  se dĂ©tendre en regardant un film sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran. Vous vous demanderez oĂč est passĂ©e la journĂ©e!

La maison a une terrasse privĂ©e extrĂȘmement grande avec deux coins salons diffĂ©rents, un barbecue et un bain Ă  remous Beachcomber haut de gamme pour se dĂ©tendre. Il y a une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le pont que vous ne vous lasserez jamais de regarder.

À l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner tout type de repas. Il y a deux chambres principales, toutes deux avec leur propre salle de bain. Un maĂźtre a un dressing et un lit king size et l'autre a un lit king size. Les deux autres chambres sont super confortables et ont des lits Queen. N'hĂ©sitez pas non plus Ă  utiliser la buanderie si vous devez vous laver. Bien sĂ»r, il y a le wifi, une Apple TV et la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble pour complĂ©ter votre sĂ©jour. Les trois salles de bain complĂštes ont des douches et des baignoires.

Mais avec la plage Ă  seulement quelques mĂštres, vous pouvez vous retrouver lĂ -bas Ă  regarder le monde passer et ne jamais penser Ă  ĂȘtre en contact avec le monde extĂ©rieur!

À proximitĂ©, vous trouverez d'incroyables plages de sable comme Saratoga et des plages boisĂ©es telles que Miracle Beach. Vous trouverez Ă©galement un excellent cafĂ© et de la crĂšme glacĂ©e au Fogg Duckers situĂ© sur la plage en route vers Campbell River. Donnez-vous suffisamment de temps pour vous asseoir dehors et regarder les bateaux et les baleines passer! Si vous voulez ĂȘtre actif, dirigez-vous vers le centre d'information de la ville, et il y a de nombreux sentiers de randonnĂ©e, des spots de kayak et de canoĂ«, et bien sĂ»r de la pĂȘche au saumon et de l'observation des baleines pour couronner le tout.

Beach House

Our stay at the beach house in Campbell River was fantastic. The hottub on the oceanfront deck was the highlight. Hearing the waves at night crashing on the shore sets the vibe. Tonnes of room and the house is fully stocked.

Large house, nice getaway

We stayed here as 2 family's with young children (2yrs, 4yrs & 5yrs) its in a lovely location with lots of opportunities to get outdoors (on the beach and a large garden).The house is nice and roomy for lots of people. The communal areas are nicely laid out for sociallising. However, there are a few bits which need updating with the property- there were quite a few power outlets not working.The host friendly but not overly helpful, we had issues with the smoke alarm constantly beeping as well as not enough towels provided which weren't resolved during our stay.

Family Getaway

Our family of 7 and dogs had a fabulous Island getaway. You cannot beat the views. Situated right on the ocean, we spent our mornings walking the beach, our nights in the hottub looking up at the stars and our days hiking Elk Fall trails. Situated 10min away from town, we had access to grocery stores. What we liked was the layout. There is one bedroom suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs including another Master. This was great for us as we had a teething baby. Everyone got their rest. Big family/living room to entertain and play games. Very spacious and the layout allowed us to all have our own space. The front of the house is not fenced, however the beach is just steps away from the back door and our dogs tended to prefer exploring that way. Very large deck. You simply cannot beat the view

Fantastic Location

You really can’t beat the view from this home! Absolutely stunning!! Located on a large grassy, fenced, beachfront lot, it was very safe for our under 5 yo kids. The massive back deck with bbq, hot tub and dining table for 8 was where we spent the majority of our time. The house is large and was very comfortable for our family - we definitely did not feel like we were on top of each other. Appliances in the kitchen and laundry room were newer and all worked well. The kitchen had a decent supply of small appliances and utensils too. One place where this VRBO can improve is in the quality of beds and bedding. The downstairs master bed was propped up with wood in the centre of it, which may have improved the function, but not the comfort! Bedding was thin and extra blankets not supplied. Towels, however, were good quality and plentiful. The place was clean but windows had been left open (no screens) so spiders had come in - not terrible but just something that needed to be addressed. Screens would help with this. Binoculars would also be an awesome addition for whale watching! Overall, we would highly recommend this home for its location, size and amenities. A lovely family stay!

Beautiful oceanfront home

My friends and I came up from Vancouver for a golfing and fishing trip in Campbell River, this place exceeded all of our expectations. Rooms were large with ensuites, house was well maintained and clean, and the property manager was very accommodating. The backyard was the highlight for us, incredible views with a big open yard and access to the ocean. Would highly recommend to anyone, and hope to come back one day myself!

Relaxing and breath taking

The moment we got into the house we knew this was going to be a wonderful week. The view was amazing and even though you can see neighbours (somewhat) we did not hear them. If felt like we were isolated, yet still in reach of all amenities. The only sad part was when we had to leave.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Das Haus von Matt ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren zu 7 Personen und hatten viel Platz. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen . Direkt neben dem Haus hatte ein Weisskopfadler sein Nest aufgeschlagen und wir haben sogar Whale gesehen - oder waren es Delphine ? Eine tolle Natur rundherum und vom Nachbarn durften wir sogar den Basketball Korb ausleihen . Schnelle Kommunikation- Check in , check out total easy Danke Matt - wir kommen wieder 😉

Beautiful waterfront property with direct access to shoreline and super view of strait. Hot tub well maintained and a good size. Unfortunately yard not fenced for dog (s). Some small amenities not there, i.e. working lighter for BBQ Very close to busy road.

The property is large, well equipped & comfortable with a great panoramic view from the deck. Considering the price the finish to the property ( tired kitchen, chipped plates & glasses) & quality of finish was not 5* however overall we enjoyed the stay

Great views and location!

Nice location! Property was 13 degrees on arrival. House took 24 hours to warm up due to poor insulation and inadequate window coverings! Vrbo said we could check in at 3 pm but Matt the property manager said house was not ready. Hot tub was great! Could use a floor mat by the back door to prevent slipping on floor when coming in from hot tub. Inaccurate to advertise fireplace as an “amenity” when it is not gas and no wood is provided! Siding on house exterior was dirty, especially on side of garage. Overall not great value for the price!

Dreamy Weekend

This place is the perfect family getaway spot! Bedrooms are huge, there are plenty of bathrooms with tons of towels, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need, and the deck, view, and hot tub will knock your socks off. The yard is huge, with plenty of room for the kids or dog to run around, and the beach is perfect for exploring. Some of the features in the house are a bit outdated, but it is completely irrelevant, and other than binoculars, the house had literally everything we needed and then some! The beach access could be tricky for some to navigate, but with a 2, 6 and 7 year old we managed just fine. Thanks to the great home owner, Matt!
