Os quartos são espaçosos, mas os colchões estão velhos, as roupas de cama e toalhas estão bem gastas. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, os funcionários são simpáticos. O estacionamento tem serviço de manobrista que custa 15 reais por dia. A localização é ótima.

O hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma, é tudo muito velho. O estacionamento é pequeno, não havia vaga quando cheguei, e como o hotel fica em uma região central, não há vagas próximas para parar, e quando há tem que pagar. Alguns membros do hotel foram educados, mas alguns foram mais ríspidos. A iluminação do quarto é horrível, o colchão causou dores após uma noite de sono. O banheiro é muito mal iluminado, não há luzes na área do espelho. A porta do box estava quebrada, e molhava o banheiro as vezes. O café da manhã do hotel é ok, eles servem um pão de queijo delicioso. O elevador do prédio é um pesadelo, as vezes é preciso esperar mais de 15 minutos para conseguir usar. Estando no 8º andar, isso foi um problema grave. Em resumo, antes de uma reforma completa no hotel eu não retornaria.

Achei q as toalhas de banho estavam bem gastas e com cheiro desagradável e cobertor estava rasgado .. lâmpada do banheiro fraca e luminária não funcionava .. do restante estava ótimo principalmente café da manhã que estava tudo muito bom

Muito aquém do anunciado

Nós ficamos em um quarto de uns 60M2. Gigantesco!! Porém os móveis não são proporcionais para o tamanho do quarto, o que não trás a sensação de desconforto. A cama é de casal. Pequena para o tamanho do quarto. A tv é antiga, bem antiga e pequena também. A água do chuveiro levou 2min pra aquecer, o barulho das máquinas ficou perturbando a noite toda, e o quarto não tem tomadas. Precisei desligar a tv pra poder carregar o celular. Apesar do café da manhã ser muito bom, o atendimento excelente, o principal q é a suíte, deixou a desejar.não pretendo me hospedar aqui novamente.
