Property Green - 2 villas - (Villa Terre Bianhce) is a large piece of land above a hill overhanging the sea. The property offers 2 villas (modern structure) and a private infinity pool as well as a golf practice. The land surrounding the villas is well maintained with olive trees and also a pond with fishes and turtles.
Each villa is completely independent and consist of a main living room equipped with a large sofa, flat tv and a mezzanine equipped with a desk which can be also used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes. On the same floor there are one master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (half-basement) are another 2 bedrooms, a second bathroom and kitchenette (only in one of the villa). The main kitchens are on the veranda offering you an amazing view over the sea while cooking.
Each villa is completely furnished, all equipment is new and the furniture is modern, most of the rooms are air conditioned. A spacious veranda in front of each villa gives access to a lounge corner, a dining area and the main kitchen. A barbecue is also available at only few steps from there. Free HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi available.
The villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is a private parking just in between the 2 villas.

A large outside space with trees, plants and a pond surrounds the 2 villas and it's set with golf holes for golf practice. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
A private infinity swimming pool with sea view is also available right in the middle of the land. The pool is for the exclusive use of the Unit 1 and Unit 2 ONLY. There are no other houses accessing the pool (the third house next to the pool will not be rented to anyone if you book these two villas).
The pool is available from end of April until the end of October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions).

Séjour enchanteur

Deuxième semaine conforme à la première mais à 11 cette fois sans effet "colonie de vacances" tellement le site , les maisons et la piscine sont immenses. Les nouveaux arrivants ont eux aussi trouvé l'endroit totalement magique. Merci encore à Natale notre hote parfait.

L’endroit est magique et très bien situé. Le propriétaire particulièrement a l’écoute et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avions du mal à quitter la propriété pour visite l’île.

Tolle Location mit atemberaubendem Blick

Wir ( 6 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche) hatten beide Ferienhäuser auf dem Gelände gemietet. Leider gibt es pro Haus nur ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die anderen Schlafzimmer liegen im Keller und haben nur sehr kleine Fenster, eher Luken. Die Häuser sind schlicht eingerichtet und funktionell ausgestattet. Etwas überrascht waren wir, dass es in beiden Häusern nur offene Außenküchen gibt. Da muss man sehr aufpassen, dass man kein Ungeziefer anlockt. Bei Ankunft hat uns Natale mit sizilianischen Süßigkeiten, Wein und Olivenöl verwöhnt. Man sollte wissen, dass der Besitzer auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt und der Pool sich vor seinem Haus befindet. Er ist aber sehr diskret und wir haben uns in keinem Moment durch seine Anwesenheit gestört gefühlt. Meistens war er auch gar nicht da. Die Kinder waren begeistert über das großzügige Gelände und sind am liebsten am Pool geblieben oder haben Fußball gespielt. Wir hatten das Anwesen nicht wg des angekündigten Golfplatzes gemietet, aber wer einen solchen erwartet, könnte enttäuscht werden. Der Besitzer hat zwar drei Löcher angelegt und das Equipment steht zur Verfügung, aber das Ganze dient eher Übungszwecken. Da das Anwesen auf einem Berg liegt, sind weder die Strände ( Kieselstein oder Sand) noch das sehr nette Bergdorf Campofelice fußläufig zu erreichen. Da wir sowieso mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder zurück.
