Recepção muito boa e estadia tbm

Fomos bem recebidos, quarto bem limpo e agradável, arejado, roupa de cama boa. Banheiro bem equipado. Café da manhã mto gostoso e boa variedade de alimentos. O local é bonito e bem cuidado. Próximo ao bairro Capivari. Eu recomendo.

Experiência PÉSSIMA!

Minha experiência na pousada foi extremamente DECEPCIONANTE. O primeiro ponto negativo é a falta de preparo da equipe para atender os hóspedes, demonstrando pouca cordialidade e negligência em resolução de problemas. Outro problema grave foi a falta de energia elétrica. Embora entendo que isso possa fugir do controle, a pousada claramente não possui estrutura ou planejamento adequado para lidar com a situação, que ao ler os comentários posteriores, notei que é uma situação é recorrente. A segurança também deixa muito a desejar. Por exemplo, o quarto não possui cofre, o que considero uma falha básica de infraestrutura para a tranquilidade dos hóspedes. Quanto ao café da manhã, ele é apenas básico, sem qualquer diferencial quando comparado a outras pousadas da região, incluindo outras em Campos do Jordão, que oferecem experiências muito superiores. Infelizmente, com base na minha experiência, não recomendo essa pousada

Pousada SENSACIONAL!

Amamos a nossa estadia. Sentimos como se estivéssemos em nossa casa. Lugar muito silencioso e de paz. Quarto limpo, cheiroso e com bom espaço. No banheiro possui secador. No quarto possui televisão, frigobar e guarda roupa. Roupa de cama muito boa e confortável. Vista da pousada sensacional. Café da manhã extremamente farto e tudo muito gostoso. Saímos da pousada com a sensação de voltar! Tenho certeza que quando voltamos a Campos do Jordão iremos ficar nela de novo! Recomendamos para quem quiser! Fiquem, pois vale a pena!
