Room was clean and comfortable,the whole complex was very nice. Maybe a restaurant on the premises would be nice instead of going to the clubs etc nearby.
Room was poorly maintained. Bathroom door was damaged, holes in bedsheets, Soap dispenser was missing in bathroom, towel hook was missing from wall, condiment (tea/coffee) cupboard was falling over. Kids sticker book stickers were plastered around the room (and in the bedsheets).
The hotel was convenient to the places we neede to visit,it was quiet and the paking was good and easy to find

If you are looking to stay away from the CBD, this hotel provides an adequate alternative. Like most of Canberra it is quiet despite the number of rooms and is conveniently located next to a sports club. Facilities are basic and so the property isn't particularly good value for money. But it's not the worst place I've stayed.
Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Bathroom was large for a motel. Printed information about the place was limited and there were no packets of biscuits to have with a cuppa. A small point, but it would have been nice. Our room was near the lift and directly opposite the housekeeping storage room and staff gathering spot which was noisy. Staff came in at 9 on our last day thinking we had checked out. It would have been simple to confirm with the desk to see if we had left, however the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.
