A good aprtment for a family short stay, walking distance to Commonwealth Park. Overall is clean and tidy, staffs are nice and efficient. The furnitures are old.

Bathrooms are outdated, toilet in master bedroom keeps making water filling noise, a bit refurbishment would make big difference. The electronics and switches in the kitchen are making sparky sounds, might need an inspection by electrician. Otherwise it’s a very specious and nice appartment for the family.

The original room we were placed in had experienced a kitchen sink leak and flooding and the room smelt terrible and of mould. We were moved to a new room from Level 15 to Level 4. The room was much better but closer to the main road and noise and had no view.

Great place to stay, location is great amd the 2brm, 2 bath suite was very comfortable. Property is a bit tired and needs a good update. Cleanliness needs a bit of attention, but when the issue was raised with reception, they got on to it straight away. Lakeside view was amazing.

Great for families

The unit was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having a big space meant kids had the freedom to do different activities without being contained in a limited area. Cooked food comfortably and enjoyed almost everything except small showers but other things balanced out.

1. Bathroom clean 2. Main bedroom, generally clean, but residual smells in curtains, and sheets 3. Soft furnishings tired and worn out particularly the couch in lounge cushioning was well worn 4. surface cleaning on tables, could be better 5. TV in main lounge did NOT have picture working only sound for main channels (Prime 7 and 9) 6. Main bedroom heating relied on a small heater and the heating in the main part of the unit functioned but not efficient distribution of heat into main bedroom (which is a design problem) 7. Cutlery and utensils broken tongs and not enough cutlery. Overall ok - but fitout dated and in need of a deep clean for the curtains and soft furnishings and upgrading of the TVs.

Property is very dated and poorly maintained. Our room was not very clean. It was very hot in the room when we arrived and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. The remote control had jam(?) smeared over it and the other remote had flat batteries. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t work. The bathroom was very old, the shower head was so low that I couldn’t stand underneath it. No powerpoint access to one side of the bed even though they sat a lamp on the table. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty.i wouldn’t stay here again. Very expensive for a very basic room.
