Sadly the standard room we were in wasn’t amazing. Hard bed, very dark room with little natural light, awful tv (kept dropping out) and design with bathroom meant you could hear the good bad and ugly. Also room was dusty and there was a crusty fork outside our front door the whole time… Still had a good time as love the location with all the nearby restaurants! Plus a late checkout was nice :)

Free Parking on weekends under the apartments with direct lift access was great, Friday night was noisy with drunk people outside, nice cafe close by, low rise building is child friendly, the apartments could have been cleaner, there were messy fingerprints on the windows, nice well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms, strangely no exhaust fan in bathroom, 3 TVs in this spacious 2 bed apartment, no public transport nearby, manuka shops is nearby,

My family of 4 stayed apartment no. 1 on the ground floor. We could hear the sliding gate to the carpark every time it opened and closed. If you're sensitive to noise, then you may want to request an apartment on the higher floor. No lift to any apartments...only stair access.

Good location, easy to get to places, staff very helpful. Unfortunately very noisy reverse airconditioning in the bedrooms which couldn't be turned off - so it ran on and off all night. Bed not overly comfortable - the attachment mechanism for the two beds joined together was not covered - so you felt it when sleeping and there were no bathrobes.
