We had a one bedroom apartment which was compact but had all the appliances we needed. The bed was very comfortable. A continental breakfast was included in the tariff and a pancake machine was available. The breakfast was more than adequate but if a cooked breakfast is required a person would have to go elsewhere. The property is so central that many activities are within walking distance. The light rail is at the front door. We are very happy with Madison and would choose it again.

It was -3 overnight and the reverse cycle heating was not working effectively. When reported to reception the customer was blamed. The spril system was ancient. Reception claimed no other complaints about heating in that room althogh the heating was off on arrival and the room very cold. When i turned the aircon on it was set to 30 deg..... a minor but worthwhile thing to note if you drive a full size 4wd. Front entry to carpark state 2.0 clearance. The rear exit is 1.8m so dont drive through with roof racks. Poor experience not recommended.

Location and reasonable price. Friendly staff and free breakfast. Parking space is limited first come first serve. Lift access to all floors. Good room size and comfortable bed. A quiet room with garden view. It was a pleasant stay at Madison.
