Room 20 door doesn’t open properly the handle turns around & around couldn’t get in, when leaving today we couldn’t get out we were locked in had to ring office so she could let us out, no hot water in shower or basin told the lady yesterday about the door & water, smell in bathroom, mould on shower curtain, window curtain dirty in bathroom, vanity is standing on 3 legs, bathroom door doesn’t close, light switch is wrong way, no vent in bathroom, bugs in room, won’t be staying there again, we were there 2 night’s, yes I’m having a whinge they should check on these thing’s

Bathroom doesn’t have a privacy lock. The ventilation fan of the bathroom didn’t work. For three people for two days, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash given were just once. And the size was enough only for one person once. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbors too. Internet was crawling. Wasn’t cheap though. I’m not staying again.

Staff helpful and polite, amenities ok no facilities to do washing yourself but staff will do it for you. Unfortunately there was a bit of an odour coming into the room from a drain. Otherwise very comfortable.

Clean and tidy updated room, but the walls are incredibly thin. We unfortunately heard the room next to us check in very late, and there was some family drama. Management could consider updating to sound proof the rooms.

The room and facilities were ok and the bed was comfortable. However the toilet/bathroom is very narrow and smelly although the it looks very clean and dry. The shower fittings in both rooms we booked, were not fitted properly. Water flow was pointing in an awkward position and height. All of us struggled to shower specially the kid. Otherwise the property is close to parks, restaurants and shopping centre making it easy to organise immediate needs.

It was to my satisfaction. The place was old but well kept interiors. Only suggestion, I did not understand why the white very clean stain free doon had no cover and was used as a statement bed cover.
