The lower level features a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a flat-screen television. This level also provides access to the garden. Additionally, there is a sizable, open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
