The old rectory is located directly opposite the "Notre Dame du Verger" chapel above the "Plage du Verger" beach. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached via a small footpath in 3-5 minutes.
It consists of two halves: Maison Mer and Maison Chapelle du Verger. Both have three bedrooms each.
Maison Chapelle Verger has been rented several times for historical films. It is furnished in the Breton style with antique furniture. On the top floor there is a very large bedroom with a 1.80m wide bed. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor has an open kitchen and a dining area with a large wooden table and an open fireplace.
Each house has a private outdoor area and a shared terrace

4 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
One pet is allowed.
The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.
