Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² town house in Cancale, less than a kilometer from the beach, to rent for up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor of a small building, it comprises a pretty 10 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom upstairs and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 10 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Cancale

Logement agréable car neuf mais très petit pour 4. Manque qq équipement et surtout du rangement. Bien situé à cancale par contre il est très difficile de se garer et tous les stationnements à proximité sont payants.
