Bathtub water was brown and dirty so I figured I would go to the hot tub only it was cold. 10 people told me they would fix it but no one ever did. Room service food was poor quality and dining out experience was mediocre. Canceled multiple events like the poker night when I switched just for that. Just an overall below average experience for an expensive place like this.

Such an amazing trip. I haven’t felt this relaxed in so long. Amazing staff, amenities and atmosphere. This is a quieter, more calm resort so not the place to go if you want a party atmosphere. This is the place to go if you want a quiet, relaxing resort with an amazing gym and spa, beautiful beach, quiet pools and good food options. I cannot wait to return.

The resort was above average, rooms dated and staff incredible. The on-going Renos on building one / pool, were brutal. With working going as late as 8 PM. Lesson learned, ask about work being done before you book.

This is a beautiful resort, the staff are so lovely, we did not want for a single thing during our stay. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. The cleanliness is unparalleled and the food is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was overall very good. The hotel is clean, the beach is beautiful, and the food quality was great. Service was friendly, although in the restaurants it sometimes felt a bit slow, likely due to being short-staffed at times. The atmosphere is very quiet, which is perfect if you’re looking for total relaxation, but it can feel a little boring if you want more activities or entertainment. Overall, a lovely resort for couples who want peace, good food, and a relaxing beach experience.

Good place to do nothing. We ate, drank, tanned, and slept extremely well. The staff did all they could to make the most of our trip. Had a great time and left well rested. Travel to Mexico is down 40% according to one guest. It showed as Beloved seemed under utilized. Restaurant openings and menus were slim as a result. We did not leave the safety of the resort either.

We have stayed here before, since our last stay they have added beds on the beach which are nice along with the coffee shop that has ice cream and other treats. The food was not as good as last time we stayed here. They don’t offer a simple green salad with dinner and all the food was very fancy. Not everyone who stays in a nice resort appreciates fancy food. Giving some more simple options at dinner would be nice so all palettes can be satisfied.

The resort is beautiful and the staff/service is amazing. Every single person that we encountered went above & beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a quiet/relaxing vacation; everything is pretty much shut down by 10pm. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Axcel & Cynthia provided a variety of activities throughout the day (yoga, crafts, sip & paint, music in the evenings, etc). Luis took great care of us at the beach; he made sure we never had an empty drink. Pascal made great drinks in the lobby bar and was very friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it!
