The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management. I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me. I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests. I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.

Extremely basic almost to the point of being too basic, but less expensive than other hotel options in the area. Pros: - Quick walk to dining and grocery options Cons: - Poor humidity regulation in rooms during warmer months; excessive moisture unless the AC is kept cold, which made it almost too cold for me - No dishes, cutlery, cups, or supplies of any kind for kitchen in rooms; you are either forced to buy an overpriced kit from the hotel, or go to the local Chinese imports store and Walmart for the basics - One little bar of soap for the whole room - Harsh chemical cleaning smell in lobby Ok for a one night stay near airport, but wouldn’t really recommend it otherwise unless you are extended stay in less humid months and don’t mind buying your own kitchen items

A busy week in Cancun

Room was very clean, mostly quiet. Not much of a view as my room was directly across from Sam’s . There were several outstanding restaurants within walking distance of my building. 1/2 mile walk but well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Using uber to get around is your best bet.

The property conditions, location and the place is great, however they only gave us one key upon check in and in past stays they refused to give two keys, one for my family and one for me, so whenever I go to work and come back to the hotel, my wife does not need to go down to open doors for me. It is really annoying to have this situation always when I stay at the property. Beside this, yesterday I came back to the hotel and requested the front desk guy to update my key and he was arguing that the key it does not belong to me since it was batched out to another room, I guess it got mixed up with another room due to system error however the guy started saying to me that I should give back the key and complaining to me (as a guest), this situation was really unpleasant and really ruined my stay.

I made sure that I got a property with a kitchenette. There was absolutely no kitchen where, no pots pans dishes, paper towels, cloth towels utensils. Nothing. What’s the point of getting a kitchenette if you can’t use it. I did come to find out that they sell paper bags worth of Kitchen collections? I’m assuming it’s probably stuff people bought and left behind. Also I found dead bug carcasses stuck to the flooring and under some furniture. I was working through Expedia and between about seven hours worth of phone calls with no help from the front desk. I was able to move out of the room to a different hotel.

Overall is 3/5 .... location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants bars supermarket. Amazing! However the property itself is not the best. They even charge u for a secong key when is two adults in the room. We asked for cups, plastic or glass and also had to pay for. No ice machine at all in the property! Staff was very friendly but yeah is horrible. Room was ok nothing wow! Well definately stay here again knowing how it is now, will definately be more prepared though

Have you experienced an Expedia’s app hlitch? Where the dates are wrongly set up a-f-t-e-r you paid for your booking? That’s one of those situations! Expedia says it’s the hotel’s fault, the hotel is not reimbursing… an otherwise frustrating situation. Bottom line: paid but never used it!
