Some Staff needs more training on customer service. Lady closes the snack bar exactly at noon time even though a patron asks for sandwich. Was told it closes at noon. One server only offers black coffee and was told to go to lobby to get special coffee. Yet other servers accommodated when we went on other days. Service doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Amazing!!!!!! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Marco and Veronica took astounding care of us!!!! They made my birthday soooo incredible. The food and drinks were good, I got my money’s worth and it was a very nice resort with a nice small beach! The entertainment was good as well shows. Tip Marco for me and tell him Savannah and Dietrich sent you lol! Make sure to get an ocean front room! We even requested to move rooms due to some small construction happening near my room and they gave me options that they had available!! They were very nice and knowledgeable, cannot recommend enough! I booked a pool side package and it was amazing as well!

This resort was very clean and well kept. It is a resort I feel would be best suited for family’s. Most of the activities were early and more kid geared. However that didn’t stop us from having fun. The food was average for a resort. We did really enjoy the Italian and steakhouse. We did not are for the Mexican at all! The buffet was fine, breakfast was the best. The chill pool was where we spent our time. Drinks were strong and kept coming all day long.
The churros were amazing at the ice cream shop.

Hilton Cancun absolutely knocked it out the park! This resort was so relaxing with many options of things to do and places to eat! We especially appreciated the chicken taco cart and burger carts near each pool! While we had a minor hiccup with our shuttle (unrelated to the hotel itself), concierge did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns regarding the shuttle and worked to get us situated for the way home! We wanted to give a special shout-out to Axel (evening chef), Guadalupe (la Luce server), Olivia (chill pool server) and a few others who we were unable to recall names but the point is that we had outstanding service and appreciated everything about our stay! We will be return.
