All of the bar tenders were great but the restaurant staff, especially at the buffets, were not the most pleasant. The food was a lot better than we expected and cocktails were strong. There is not much to do for a younger couple. They had a “beach club” for adults that had no more than 6 people there at one time. It was awesome that they provided a free shuttle to and from the hotel zone but you can also uber for pretty cheap if the times don’t work for you. The gym there was spacious. The beach wasn’t great, as it is very small and they were doing construction every day that we were there but the adult pool area was big and overlooked the ocean. Overall, the resort is good for the price

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed so far. Not the biggest, but it’s compact. For people not travelling with kids, just keep it in mind that it’s mostly a family resort as per my opinion. My kids (one is almost for and another is just above 1) were not bored for a single day. Good was great, room service was amazing. Overall, I’d return to this place if I get another good deal.

The rooms were beautiful- clean, comfortable and had all the things you needed. Close to the airport. Lots of kids so if you want to avoid them, this isn't your place! The staff seemed friendly and helpful.

From check-in to check-out, I was impressed. Rooms were decorated nicely, clean and well stocked with lots of goodies. The staff went above and beyond. Loved the food options and great entertainment. Needed a little more entertainment and some of the carpets and furniture was worn. Inspite of that I would highly recommended the Hilton Cancun. Would love to return one day

The hotel is really nice and cozy to stay in. The buffets (there are two) are very small for so many people since it has 700 rooms. The spa is located in another hotel that they transport you to once booked, which makes it a bit inconvenient. The real disappointment comes when trying to leave the hotel. The taxi prices are ridiculous, and you can only use their taxis to allow you to come and go. They offer two apps for finding cheaper options, but they never worked for me. The transportation is designed to use the taxis they provide. I recommend it for a permanent stay, but if your goal is to go out on your own, it’s definitely not recommended, as it’s very far from everything.

I stayed here for one night after a flight cancellation and I really enjoyed it. The food was excellent and the drinks were delicious! I would gladly come back here for a 4 night stay!

Hotel was comfortable but they did not cut on the hot tubs for the final three days of my trip. The house keeping department never left the appropriate amount of towels we had to call every day for towels. Other wise it was a great place to visit. Good staff and surroundings
