Excellent property. Beautiful resort equipped with all amenities. This was our Valentine’s Day weekend celebration & this hotel gave us everything and more. The restaurants were 5 Star… great entertainment. Our room was Oceanview, large with a see through bathroom. We loved that!! We will definitely be back soon! Highly Recommend!

I’d probably give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The staff’s friendliness was a highlight, and the food was great, but the long check-in wait and restaurant service inconsistencies took away from the experience. A welcome drink would have been a nice touch upon arrival, and the long waiting times for food were frustrating. Still, overall, it was a good stay. Would recommend, but with some minor improvements needed!

Wow what an amazing resort! This really is a great place for the price. The drinks, food and atmosphere was great. It is close to the Cancun airport (15ish minutes), and the hotel is hidden away (nothing quite close to it- which didn’t bother us at all). Amazing time and great service would definitely recommend

First time in Cancun and this place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday week getaway. The food and service was good for the most part. There were the one or two not so friendly people at the front offering welcome drinks. I wasn’t offered a welcome drink upon arrival on Saturday evening but next day I saw the drinks there and asked if I could have one, she told me, only for the people checking in 😠. The hotel is clean and looks beautifully decorated but, the beach is not nice. When I booked the private dinner on the beach, it was set-up in the children’s pool area and had lawn chairs around it. I wouldn’t pay the $300 if I knew it wasn’t more private than that. They need to move it further away from the poolside. It was really annoying and I wanted to ask for my refund but didn’t because the set-up was nice. The dinner wasn’t so good compared to a couple of the restaurants except the octopus appetizer. Another downside is the long drive with tons of speed bumps from the main road to the hotel. It’s a 10 min one way in and out. The beach is very tiny and has lots of sea sargassum. The water is not turquoise at all. My husband forgot his flip flop on the lawn chair by the pool and someone stole it. We checked in the lost and found for a few days afterwards but no luck. I hope who stole it needed more than he did. Overall, The Hilton Cancun had everything we needed and food was good for the most part. The price was decent for the value.

The employees Boris at the Front desk, Filippe, Humbert and Abul in the restaurants were exceptional with service and hospitality. Housekeeping, bartenders and pretty much all employees I encounter were friendly. I had a wonderful time at the Hilton Cancun.

It’s a beautiful hotel but a little out of the way, 15 minutes from the airport and next to the Waldorf. We had rented a car so no issues. We had a corner queen double room with a large balcony facing the pool and the ocean on the 6th floor, amazing views. The pool water is very warm and being able to swim in the ocean was great as well. Auma steakhouse was good but the fried rice and teppanyaki vegetables at Sunan was amazing; Jose was a great server. The dragon chili sauce was the highlight. Making reservations online was super easy. The staff was friendly as well. The drinks were great and not watered down. Diana at the lobby bar was very sweet. Definitely book this place!

We love how it is private, kids friendly! Love the food. They should focus on Mexican food and drinks. It was not good. Tacos are the worst here and they don’t mix their cocktails properly! Overall good experience. It is best for parents with young kids.
