El hotel está en un estado de descuido importante, el estacionamiento es un lote que está atrás del hotel lleno de trailers y camiones, sin seguridad, está abierto a todo el mundo, no hay agua caliente por las mañanas, me dijeron que no se puede calentar por la amañan hay que esperar a que las celdas calienten el agua, pésimo, las fotos no se parecen al estado actual

Se encuentra en situación terrible, la peor experiencia de mi vida, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias con pañales, jeringas y hasta condones debajo de las sábanas, asqueroso, sin ninguna medida de sanitarias por covid,las instalaciones son muy inseguras, cualquiera puede entrar sin pregunta alguna y la atención del personal es pésima, queremos levantar una queja para que puedan checar que es un lugar que no cumple con lo que dice en las especificaciones y que pone en riesgo quien se aloja ahí !! Terrible :(

El trato de la gerente hacia nosotros no nos gustó debido a que nos comentó que la habitación teníamos rentado era únicamente para dos personas yo por medio de esta página rente para dos adultos y un niño ella no nos quería dejar ingresar al niño en la habitación quería que hiciéramos la cancelación porque pagamos un costo extra por llevar a un menor, ahora las imágenes que se presentan no son iguales al lugar donde se hospeda uno

Gestione hotel a dir poco superficiale

Ho preso possesso della camera e, ahimè, ho usato il bagno per scoprire che il water non conteneva acqua e neppure la ricaricava, non vi dico l'imbarazzo. Mi è stata cambiata la stanza ed ho scoperto che neppure l'acqua calda era prevista nella doccia. Internet non funzionava ed ho chiesto un intervento per sentimi dire che aspettavono il tecnico da qualche giorno per sistemarlo, ma stranamente sul loro pc funzionava, alchè ho scoperto di avere un modem nella stanza e riavviandolo internet funzionava. Scarsissima attenzione a tutto se non a quello di vendere camere.Dulcis in fundo scopro che l'offerta straordinaria era superiore al prezzo normale.

Este hotel no cuenta con los servicios basicos para una buena estancia, sin cortina en el baño, sin agua caliente, puerta de baño rota, sin ganchos para colgar ropa. Ninguna comodidad adicional p.ej agua para beber o algun snack que se pueda comprar dentro del hotel. Me pregunte porque Ex pedia lo ofrece dentro de sus paquetes de viajes.
