The food and drinks were very good and the resort looked very nice. Luis at the Vantage Club bar was amazing! However, we experienced a lot of issues with management. First, we received our room 35 minutes late and had to wait an hour to have our luggage brought up to the room. Our room had issues in the bathroom and the floor was flooded. They were quick to assign us to a different room and the concierge promised us a “surprise” at dinner to make up for the hurdles but we never received anything.

The property is beautiful.. Just make sure you book Amstar so you can go have fun ! The resort doesn’t have any entertainment until night time when they have DJ plays music. Also the food was OK.

I loved this resort! I stayed there for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home. From the receptionist to the bartenders, the service is TOP TIER! This resort is not a party resort. Please don’t book if you are looking to party hard. They play music by the pool but the crowd is more laid back. It’s a great choice if you are looking to relax but still have a good time. The drinks are were amazing. The food from the buffet was OK. I was ready to get back home to some good food! The resort is very clean. I had a bay view suite and it was very spacious. They have another side that’s not open yet so they were doing construction but that didn’t bother us. It’s really a beautiful property and well worth the money!

The property is beautiful. Not a party hotel. Good for relaxation. However, food was not the best and restaurants and bars had early closing times. Room service had a limited selection of food that resembled dog food. Drinks were watered down and limited selection of spirits. This inclusive didn’t feel all inclusive especially if you have to upgrade just to have access to the roof top pool and bar.

I didn’t like the beach shuttle situation! There is no line or organization to how you load the shuttle! People stampede on and don’t realize other people have been waiting! Horrible! I think there should be a person to make sure guests are taken in the order they arrived for the shuttle rather then just running up and jumping on. The beach are was beautiful and the shuttle itself was very nice!
