If you are looking for a slice of paradise you will find it at Intercontinental Presidente Cancún! Everything here is amazing and serene, from a white powdery beach, excellent food and drinks, great location, great room accommodations and the best staff and services I have experienced in a long time! Adrian from the front desk, Paulina and Fidel from the concierge desk, Ruben on the beach and every staff altogether at the restaurants and housekeeping are exemplary and absolutely fantastic, thank you! Another huge thank you goes out to Kristel from the Ikal Spa which provided the best massages ever and cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere and environment is by far the most relaxing experience and will appeal to all your senses!

The breakfast buffet outside next to the beach is beautiful to wake up to every morning. The beach of this hotel area is extremely calm and barely has any waves, I really recommend this place if you’re coming in for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful grounds, lobby, pool and beach area. The hotel itself could do with updating as the rooms look a little dated. I booked a lagoon view and could hear the road on a lower floor but this was rectified by moving to a different room. Breakfast selection was reasonable but could have been improved with a greater selection of hot items. Overall the food in the hotel was good with a nice selection across the restaurants.
