Memory foam beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 55-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

This Cancun property provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 50+ Mbps. Loved the hotel, the staff, the amenities, fun for the family. Plenty to do. Very clean. Everyone who works there is nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the hotel, the only downside is the beach and the sea. Specifically the sea. If you are there for the blue water you won’t find it. We didn’t even want to swim there. But the hotel is excellent.

It is a nice resort. Lots for both adults and kids to do. It was extremely busy, but staff did great considering. I wish they spent more time promoting what was on their own resort instead of alway trying to corner you into a time share presentation.

Incredible resort for families with young kids. There was so much to do and our family had a wonderful time. If you’re bored here, you can’t blame anyone but yourself. The playroom was incredible with super staff and it felt very safe. The 24hr room service came in handy with little kids who don’t eat dinner and then want a hot dog 10 minutes after we get back to our room. Stunning resort. Only drawbacks were: 1. A lot of noise from planes landing and taking off 2. It’s a little light on culture.
