Overall it is a nice resort. We spent an additional $600 to upgrade the food and wine on just 2 nights of dinning for 4 adults, personally if they cut that in half they will sell more. They kept running out of beer and ice on the beach bar. We go to Cancun to hang on the beach, we had to move to the crowded pool just to get cold drinks. Every staff member are nice and willing to help. Edgar Murcia is a wonderful person, look him up for an added touch of VIP.

Beautiful property. Travelled with family and paid for star class. 6 people in total. Kids loved the lazy river and stayed busy the entire stay. Entertainment was great, spa was amazing and the tours were easy to book on site. Food was delicious and fast (no waiting in line with star class) easy to use app to book reservations/check daily activities. Check in was a breeze and room service was a hit for the kids 24/7.

I really liked the shows you presented during night time. Regarding the service around de food, I have two disappointments and one of them was, when one morning, my daughter, who needs special care and I, went to the the buffet to eat breakfast. I asked to one of the waitresses for two cups of tonic water, but 45 minutes passed in between and we didn’t get the water. I needed to request to another waitress two more cups of tonic water because we almost finished our breakfasts and my daughter couldn’t wait more time to drink something. Definitely, I felt so upset with that kind of service! 😩 So, the second waitress brought the two cups of tonic water in a razonable time and at the end, we got four cups of tonic water in our table. I just want to suggest you to training your waitress to assist the guess’s request in a reasonable and considerable time. Regarding the second disappointment, it was in the hamburger’s restaurant. I ordered two hamburgers, one for my daughter and one for me. The time to get the hamburgers was 50 minutes. As a favor, I requested to proceed first my daughter’s hamburger because she wasn’t feeling well and I needed to bring her to our room. Even though my daughter’s condition, they didn’t want to make any exception with the waiting time. After that, I asked to talk to a manager and when he saw my daughter, he prepared the hamburgers in a short time and I felt he offered the support, the kindness and empathy my daughter deserved.

Overall was a great stay, love there is lazy River and water activities inside the resort for kids to go whenever. The only thing I think hotel can improve on is dinner reservations, there is a disconnect with the service desk and the restaurants, somehow they can never find our name on the reservation list. Our family did enjoy the stay there overall.

Tried to make reservations for diners 2-3 weeks peior arrival, not getting confirmed. Due to weather and excursions changes, needed to reschedule but not available. But room service is great. The resort was great so long as you understand the purpose of All-Inclusive . Great shows , plenty of things to do, by the beach . Easy access food and the Spa to die for . I feel in love with the spa !! What i like the most of you go to the shows and interact you can finds good eats but you have to participate just a little to reap the food rewards and get star class u will have a different experience . Who made this vacation special for me were my coriander’s Jose Luis and Mauricio . They solve any issues as need so I coup focus on relaxing and my need to get busy vacationing . Thank you guys I can’t be more grateful. Travel with an Expedia ambassador they are really worth the money . I know I will always have an ambassador !

We just got back from Planet Hollywood Cancun and had a very mixed experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with lots to do, and the nightly entertainment was fantastic—our kids had an good time. The cleaners and laundry staff also deserve credit for being friendly and hardworking. Unfortunately, the overall service from the rest of the staff restaurant in particular was absolutely brutal. There was little to no customer service, and most of the time it felt like we were a burden if we asked for anything. For a resort of this caliber, that was shocking and really disappointing. As much as we enjoyed the activities and entertainment, the terrible service ruined the experience. We would never go back because of that.

Overall is great. Staffs are friendly. The dinner reservations are not easy and need to confirm with the restaurant directly after booking through Expedia ambassador. My cousin had a food allergy reaction after having a burger at burger joint even he mentioned to him he is allergic to cheese, eggs, diary, nuts and seafood. The doctor at the clinic said he never use epi pen before and won’t able to give me the epi pen shot. They have their own version but it is extra cost. My daughter is CPR certified and she ended up gave him a shot.

When we arrived, we found that all the restaurants were fully booked for our entire stay, which lasted four days. The staff at the main pool was limited and did not make rounds to check on guests. Also, room service was two hours and not worth the wait. Overall, I would rate the resort as 3 stars, and we will not be returning.

The experience was one of a kind and beyond. We cant thank enough for the attention and support Jose Luis,Gael and Mauricio gave to us. From guidiung us through activities to helping with our dinner reservations on a daily basis. Great customer service 👏 keep up the good work excellent team.
