Our room and view was beautiful! Staff was wonderful! Only issue was the plumbing. We called for service and were told it would work after they left but it didn’t. We went to the big store to purchase a plunger. Our daughter stayed as well in a different room and was having the same issue. I would stay again though. Everything else was great.

Lack of communication between staff made things very difficult at times. The photos of our room said it had a balcony, but there was none which made our room extremely small. Great bathroom and food was a hit or miss. Staff ant the front reception were very friendly, but the staff at restaurants were not, staff at the restaurants were not accommodating at all for a party of 4 or more. One of our party’s AC was not working and they told her that it was her fault that she didn’t know how to work it. She complained again and they then told her she just had the fan on- not the ac. The third day, they told her it was broken and moved her to a room that had just become available. We were given the run around on multiple different things as well such as room service and our mini fridge. Very loud! Room walls were very thin.

Celiac Family. We had absolute success with our dietary restrictions. Two people in our party have moderately severe celiac and neither person had any issues. We explained our day three concerns with every server and they all took it as a personal goal ensure everything was safe. By the fourth day everyone knew what was required and automatically put our diet restrictions on every ticket and took care of us. The resort was amazing the pool was awesome short walk to the ocean. Hopefully we'll go back soon

The property is very conveniently located on the north end of the island close to many shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and so well manicured. The food was excellent and there were plenty of options available. The staff was excellent. Would highly recommend this place and I would recommend the all inclusive option.
